Requirements;
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
- JD;
- Responsible in handling and maintaining proper office documents record
- Responsible in handling and maintaining proper account related documentation
- Liaise with service provider, local authority, financial institution
- Assist Building Manager on operation, administration and finance
- Assist Accounts Manager on account related matter
- Able to write minutes of meeting would be an added advantage
- Generate billing and send out to the purchasers
- Sending reminder to the defaulters
- Issue receipt after payment receive
- Responsible in general office administration
- Attending incoming inquiries and complaints
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assign by superior
