ResponsibilityPrepare account entries and bookkeeping
Prepare and maintain accounting schedules as required
Prepare and submit reports as required
Handle General Ledger and raise Journal entries.
Liaison with Auditors
Preparation of payment vouchers, accounts receivable, account payables and bank reconciliation
Performs monthly accounts closing to ensure all general ledger entries have been updated into the system
To maintain & compliance of accounting policies & control procedures, improved accounting and reporting systems
Preferably can handle full set of accounts
Perform general office administrative matters
Min 1 year of related working experience.
Familiar with Autocount accounting software
Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
Computer literate and numerate.
Able to work independently and meeting tight schedules
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Willing to do multitask
Aggressive and fast learner.
Good attitude and responsible character.
Business-minded with entrepreneurship skill.
