ADMIN / HR/ ACCOUNT ASSOCIATE (Work-From-Home, Anywhere in Penang)- _Organising of meetings and recording of minutes._
- _Setting up of daily meeting rooms, attendance taking, and monitoring._
- _Recording and updating various schedules (Google Calendar)._
- _Record keeping and updating on Google Sheets, Excel _, _PPT, etc._
- Collection and filing of documents including, vendor onboarding, payment instructions, charter agreements, tour agreements, and other name lists.
- Emailing, texting, and calling clients, vendors and partners for coordination including reminders when required including weekends
- _Recording and managing vendors and partners database. _
- _Collection and filing of documents including, vendor onboarding, payment instructions, charter agreements, tour agreements, and other name lists._
- _Editing of company factsheets as well as marketing collaterals as and when needed including PPT_
- _Application, submission, and monitoring of various grants and training programs._
- _Scheduling and Set-up video conferences Eg: Zoom, MS Teams, etc_
- _Invoicing, reconciliation of transactions on accounting software and basic bank transactions_
- Management of yacht charter inquiries, drafting contracts, and updating calendars for yachts under management.
- Coordination with yacht owners, captains, crew, vendors and other personnel for yachts under management.
- Communicate and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events
- Other tasks or ad-hoc assigned by the management
- Have experience in Admin, HR, and Account
- Able to speak & write English & Chinese (Liaise with Mandarin Speaking Clients)
- Knowledge of Google Calendar, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams, Zoom, Xero Accounting Software, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook
- Able to coordinate with teams, vendors and partners (As and when needed)
