Job Description

We are looking for a sophisticated and organized Accountant Admin Assistant to support our finance team. This role involves providing administrative and accounting support to the accounting department and other related departments such as managing daily administrative tasks, processing transactions, assisting with full-cycle of financial reports, and ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.

The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail and a basic understanding of accounting principles.

  • Prepare cheque/payment instruction, updating the schedule/records.
Ensure proper filling & scanning of documentation.
  • Key in data into accounting system and ensure account are up to date at all time.
Experience in SQL is more advantage
  • Assist daily administrative work.
Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
  • Data Entry:
Enter financial transactions into accounting software (SQL).
  • Update and maintain financial records.
Financial Reporting:
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Process invoices and payments.
Assist in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
  • General Administrative Support:
Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents.
Assist with audits and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Taxation:
KEY-IN, RECORD & RETURN TAX.
  • Qualifications:
Education: Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or accounting role.


Venue (on-site): Mont Kiara
  • Working Schedule: MON- FRI , 8am-5pm

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM2,300.00 per month
