- Analyze issues before approaching vendor

- Understanding of data integration points (Reports generation, upstream, downstream)
-Shell Scripting,
-Oracle (extraction of Reports),
-Java, SQL (intermediate level proficiency)

Good to have Skills: Actimize skills (modules RCM/ActOne, SAM, UDM)
