Job Description

Job Responsibility

Responsibilities:-

  • To assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process.
  • To assist in accounts receivable and accounts payable, sales invoices.
  • To assist in monthly closing and preparation of monthly financial statements.
  • To prepare journal entries, stock count report, and etc.
  • To assist in year-end closing.
  • To assist in any ad-hoc assignments.

Job Requirements

Requirements:-

  • Min Diploma in Business Admin, Accounting, or any related courses.
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
  • Can speak in English & Mandarin.
  • Computer literate with at least basic Microsoft skills.
  • Good presentation, communication, problem solving, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • A good team player and able to work independently.
  • Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Working hours : 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mondays to Fridays), 8.30am - 12.30pm (Saturdays, Optional WFH)
