Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain full set of companys account (ie, service all accounts payable, including invoice processing, payroll and asset payment scheduling)
  • Oversee accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collection of payments from clients.
  • Maintaining company cashflow at an optimum.
  • Ensure accurate bookkeeping
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
  • Liaising with company secretary and auditors for year-end audits and other matters.
  • Communicating with other departments to process any purchase requests.
  • liaising with tax agent and related government agency in regard to policy and licenses.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Effective communication skills.
