RESPONSIBILITIES :Responsible for full sets of accounts.
Responsible and aware of all aspects of accounting functions including GL, AP and AR.
Ensure transactions are posted in accounting systems in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure proper filing of all documents related to companies financial.
Prepare monthly profit and loss report.
Liaise with bank, external auditor, tax agent, and company secretary on companys matter.
Handle monthly staff payroll.
Able to undertake ad-hoc tasks and related tasks when required by management from time to time.
Good command of verbal & written: English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Minimum Diploma / Degree or equivalent with any related field.
Required skill(s) Freight Forwarding, Logistics operation.
Computer literate, independent and resourceful with a positive attitude.
Having relevant experience or knowledge in using Excel and Outlook.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Malay Required.
