Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage bank deposits, cash collection, and daily cash flow.
- Process and manage checks, bills of exchange, invoices, and receipts efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of bank and cash transactions, ensuring timely reconciliations.
- Oversee bank payments, including vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and other financial disbursements.
- Ensure timely and accurate employee salary payments in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the finance team to monitor payment deadlines and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Support ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as required by management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in accounts payable or a similar finance-related role.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) is preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- A team player with excellent problem-solving skills, capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in express delivery or logistics is an advantage.
- Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred.
- Must be willing to work in Puchong, Selangor.
