Greetings everyone! We are SSC Shipping, a total logistics establishment based in Port Klang, Malaysia. We are looking for a suitable candidate that can be our Accounts Executive

- You will play an important role in:
Entering financial information into Autocount Accounting Software- Preparing financial documents such as invoices and payment voucher
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Preparing SST, tender, records and, statements
Performing basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, processing the mail, verifying vendor invoices against jobs- Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and, in-person
Processing staff claims reimbursement
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required

- What you will need for the job:
Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting- Must possess own transport
Proficient in both written and oral Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in Autocount Accounting System, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
Committed and must maintain a good attendance record- Able to work well independently and willing to learn
