Objectives
This position will cover all areas in Book to Report (B2R) function covering financial reporting (monthly close, preparation of account reconciliation, support internal and external audit, statutory reporting).
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for General Ledger which includes:-
- Monthly Reporting (Internal)
Monthly and yearly financial reporting and SAP management accounts by ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting,
Perform month-end closing tasks as 1st level escalation for VN shared service and approve all journal posting
Review monthly reconciliation using Blackline.
- Local Statutory Reporting (External): Support external financial audits and ensuring statutory accounts are filed by June yearly
- Supporting internal and external audits
Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance of Professional Accounting Qualifications.
Personality: high level of commitment & initiative, self-motivated, flexibility, creativity with enthusiasm for innovative topics, able to challenge status quo, team player, proactive, result and customer oriented.
Communication: Possess good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to present
Experience and Knowledge: good knowledge of SAP modules (especially FI) and FI/CO process and proficient in Microsoft application (Excel, Power Point, MS Edge, MS Teams etc)
Stakeholder Management: Ability to work effectively with various levels in the organization and interface with technical departments for systems implementation.
