Job Responsibilities
- To prepare monthly management reports and financial analysis.
To handle and maintain full sets of accounts and perform month end closing in a timely manner and ensure all financial reporting are complete on a timely basis.- Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.
To review daily accounting operations (bank reconciliation, journal posting, intercompany reconciliation and other related daily tasks).
- To perform banking transactions (payment).
To ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
To liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and company secretary.
- Review costing analyses and highlight uncommon trends for management attention.
Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals.- To undertake any other ad-hoc accounting assignment.
Job Requirements- Proven experience as a Accounts Manager or similar roles, with at least 8 years of experience in financial management
Must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance.
- Candidate should possess good time management , analytical and planning skills and is meticulous with good attention to details.
* Good knowledge in accounting principles and excel is an added advantage
- Ability to multi-task, committed with a strong sense of urgency, team player with good communication skills, willing to learn attitude and ability to work independently
