About This Role:As an Accounts Assistant (Intern), you will be exposed to the day-to-day tasks in the Accounts department. You will get to involve with data entry, processing, and recording transactions, updating the ledger, assisting with audits or fact-checking, and preparing budgets and reports.
Handling the day-to-day tasks in the Accounts department.
- Assisting the executives in managing, processing and regulating accounts and transactions as well as maintaining great financial records of Accounting Superhero.
Involve in managing clients books, meeting clients presumptions and proactively working to ensure clients satisfaction and retention.
- In this internship, the involvement that you will get includes:
Assist in producing full set of accounts for clients- Liaise with clients for any accounting matters
Assist in the preparation of accounting schedules for audit and FS preparation
- Assist in preparation for clients GL and schedules are prepared and filed accordingly
Assist in GST preparation- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and assist in audit when necessary
Assist in client documents handover and movement
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor
You will also be involved in other tasks as may be assigned or allocated to you by your supervisor/reporting officer from time to time including any administrative matters.
Currently pursuing at least Diploma in Accountancy- Required language(s): English
