Responsibilities:-As an account payable to handle the company short-term obligations owed to its creditors or suppliers which have not yet been paid.
Ensuring payments are properly approved and processed and keep track to what is owing tp creditors.
The jon is exist to monitor the company's short-term creditors or suppliers amount owing to them in order to avoid default such as account block and discontinuation of suppliers which will affect the operation of the company.
The contribution to department as a person in-charge to process and monitor the cash out or reimbursement required from others departments/workshop/warehouse/admin.
Resulting to provide amount of the company expenses and cost in monthly account closing.
Any other duties as and when assigned by superior from time to time.
