Perform accounting activities and ensure compliance with Groups policies, relevant regulations, accounting and reporting requirements.- Assist in preparing budget forecast
Handle monthly management accounts closing and update schedule
- Reconcile AP & AR, check and approved accounts entries
Reconcile intercompany transactions- Monitoring AR card/cash/cheque payment and bank cash balances
Update fixed assets and depreciation generation
- Prepare outlet and division profit & loss performance
Assist in prepare reports for managements- Attending to auditor and tax agent queries
Supervising subordinates on daily routine jobs
- Other adhoc duties as at when requested.
Required skills:
- Min LCCI /Part Professional Qualification/Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent
Min 3 to 5 years of related working experience in handling full set accounts.- Computer literate with strong proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge in Goldsoft accounting system will be an added advantage.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Mature personality, responsible, able to work independently, analytical mind and problem solving committed
Initiative and skills with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels and team player- Be self-motivated, work independently and to be able to meet tight deadlines
