Job Descriptions:- Data entry for accounting records.
Manage accounts receivable (AR) and payable (AP) function.- Good credit control management.
Maintain creditors aging accounts (AP) to ensure accuracy and up to date report.
- Prepare payments to vendors (eg: TT Form, payment vouchers).
Prepare monthly financial report for EXCO meeting.- Costing, budgeting and budgetary control.
Cashflow forecast and monthly cashflow report.
- Treasury management like preparing Purchase Bankers Acceptance to finance Purchases.
Liaise with stakeholders like auditors, tax agent, and relevant authorities (if applicable).- Forex risk management like doing forex hedging transactions to minimize company losses in forex.
Any other duties as relevant will be assigned from time to time by the management.
Degree / Diploma in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent.
- Able to handle full set of accounts.
Computer literacy especially in ERP and Microsoft Office applications.- Must be able to meet tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skill.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Able to communicate in Mandarin will be preferred.
