5 days work week- To handle full set of account.
Verify staff claims, suppliers invoices
- Issue delivery order, invoices, etc
To submit input report as per dateline- Handle day to day operations of account system and filling
Computer knowledge (Excel, Word, etc)
- Familiar with UBS & Autocount accounting software
Compile and update employee records & prepare/process in monthly payroll- Submit PCB, EPF, Socso, EIS & HRDF
To perform any other ad-hock assignment as and when required
- At least 3-4 years experience in related field.
