Invoicing for Sales and Service jobs- Responsible for monitoring and follow-up of AR aging
Process credit limit requests; Perform FOC and program price checks
- Process credit note or invoice adjustment requests
Perform customer onboarding; Review document submission for new customers; Monitor customer transactions- Coordinate and liaise with other departments on all accounting matters and resolve queries or problems that arise
Able to maintain a full set of accounts
- Prepare schedules and ad-hoc reports
Ensure timely and accurate closing at month end- Carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time
Diploma in Accounting or above- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
Proficient in excel
- Meticulous, conscientious and punctual
Able to work on alternate Saturday
