Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
Process consignment sales billing.
- Basic data entry tasks for accounting assistants include logging transactions, recording and reviewing journal entries, creating invoices, and crafting spreadsheets
Ensure daily accounts function and datelines are met.- Matching of accounting documents and other day-to-day operations of accounting functions
Accurately maintain company database including all stock and inventory items.
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned by your Superior
Minimum Diploma in accounting field
- At least 1-2 years of working experience
Good computer skills with proficiency in MS Word and ExcelMandarin
_(conversational, reading, and writing) is highly _preferred
_. High sense of urgency, sensitivity and confidentiality.
- Candidate with SQL accounting software would be an advantage.
