Job Description

Company location in Maluri, Cheras

  • Job Description
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
Process consignment sales billing.
  • Basic data entry tasks for accounting assistants include logging transactions, recording and reviewing journal entries, creating invoices, and crafting spreadsheets
Ensure daily accounts function and datelines are met.
  • Matching of accounting documents and other day-to-day operations of accounting functions
Accurately maintain company database including all stock and inventory items.
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned by your Superior


  • Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in accounting field
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience
Good computer skills with proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Proficiency in _
Mandarin _(conversational, reading, and writing) is highly _preferred_. High sense of urgency, sensitivity and confidentiality.
  • Candidate with SQL accounting software would be an advantage.
Immediate availability or short notice period preferred*

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM3,500.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday


Education:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
