In this position, you will assist the superior in managing day-to-day accounting activities within the company which include managing full set of accounts and prepare and produce financial reporting for the management.
- Principle Responsibilities
Handle full set of accounts and timely preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Maintain systematic filing of accounting records and documents.
Assist in cash flow, inventory and asset management.- Prepare audit, tax and other schedules as and when required by supervisor.
Maintain accounts payables and timely processing of payments to suppliers.
- Maintain accounts receivables and timely follow-up on payments due from customers.
Assist in the preparation of various regulatory and brand owner compliance reports, such as Bank Negara Malaysia, Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Visa and Mastercard.- Assist and support any other daily accounting tasks and / or ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Degree/professional qualification in accountancy. Candidate with LCCI Higher / Advanced Diploma in Accounting or equivalent is encouraged to apply.- Minimum 2 years working experience in General Accounting.
Basis accounting and taxation knowledge.- Familiar with Microsoft applications.
Experienced with accounting system, such as MYOB and UBS.
Self-starter.
Organized.
