JOB SUMMARYAs an Executive Accounts Payable Non-Trade, you will be responsible for smooth and accurate operation of Accounts Payable Non-Trade
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Timely and accurate invoice processing and payment
Integrity of non trade payable balances vendor reconciliation and confirmation
- Month end closing entries and expenses accruals.
Key expenses reporting and alignment with stake holders- Timely billing and recovery of expense paid on behalf of vendor
Dealing with vendor query
- Compliance with internal control
- A diploma accounting/ finance or part professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, etc.
4-5 years working experience with non trade, at least 2-3 years of supervising team.
- Eye for detail and keenness to improve
