Job Description:
Process Operating Companies (Opcos) change requests for master data creation or update in Oracle.
Maintain and update rules for master data, monitor compliance to Master Data Management (MDM) policy.
Liaise with Opcos and Shared Service Center (SSC) on Master Data creation/update.
Liaise with reporting team to understand impact of change to master data on management reporting.
Clean up existing master data to follow MDM guide.
Monitor compliance to MDM policy.
Provide reporting on MDM.
- Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
1 Year in MDM, Accountancy or related field.
Hands-on experience in Accounting module / Systems (Oracle), Ariba.
Experience in developing Standard Operating Procedures is an advantage.
Good communication skills.
Required language(s): English, Chinese (advantageous).
Able to work independently, detail oriented.
Have stress tolerance under a rapidly changing environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, VBA (advantageous).

Pay: RM3,
- 00 - RM4,500.00 per month
