Responsibilities:
Prepare consolidated financial report and budget
Prepare and maintain full-set of accounts
Prepare timely and accurate report and ensure compliance with all reporting requirements
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary and bankers
Coordinate, review and prepare annual budget, budget review and forecasting
Monitor the cash flow position
Assist and prepare the management accounts of subsidiaries or related companies
Supervise and monitor subordinates and to provide on the job training whenever necessary
