Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Perform full set of account that include GL/AR/AP/P&L/BS
  • Completing financial reports on regular basis
  • Manage cost allocation and classifications to cost centers.
  • Perform, analyses, review and check accuracy of the bank reconciliation, supporting on compliance on banking matters
  • Coordinating internal and external audits
  • Assisting in setting up of the internal control
  • Assisting Accountant with various tasks, including preparing budgets, records and statements.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum five (3-5) years working in similar capacity.
  • Good command in spoken and written Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax rules and regulations.
  • Good understanding of bank financial products; e.g., loans, trade facilities etc.
  • Initiative, independent and able to withstand of pressure.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledgeable of MS Excel is a must.
  • Able to start work immediate is an added advantage.
