Job Description

Job Responsibility

Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable aging reports, follow up on overdue payments, and manage collections process.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, including preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making purposes.
Closely monitor day to day cash flow and make future cash flow predictions to help decision making and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as external regulatory requirements.
Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to support financial analysis and reporting requirements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry. Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply too.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
