Job Description

Job Responsibility

Handle full set of accounts (GL / AP / AR / Bank / Petty Cash / Stock etc)
Preparation of monthly operating results, financial and management reports.
Preparation of monthly bank, stock, creditors and debtors reconciliation.
Handle costing and pricing functions and cross check against quotation and invoices.
Handle import duty and GST monthly submission and drawback etc.
Preparation of audit and tax schedule for year end audit and tax submission.
Assist in all the day to day office admin, management and operational matters

Job Requirements

Required language(s): English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
Computer knowledge and working experience in using MS Office, UBS Accounting and Inventory software.
Primary job roles of Financial accounting & reporting and secondary roles will be Basic Accounting / Bookeeping and Accounts Executive.
LCCI or equivalent will be advantage;
Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent.
Strong analytical and coordination skills.
Good communication, integration and interpersonal skills
