As an Account Executive at Bayu Castings Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the finance team in various accounting tasks. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the company and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Accounts Management: Handle accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely invoicing and payment processing.
Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns.
Audit Support: Provide support during internal and external audits.
Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Qualifications and Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a similar role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations in Malaysia.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
