Prepare financial forecasts, manage budgeting processes, and oversee internal controls to ensure compliance with SOX regulations.
- Handle accounting tasks related to monthly financial close, report submissions, journal entries, and operational activities.
Improve accounting systems and processes, and implement corrective actions as necessary.- Develop and enforce proper accounting practices, policies, and principles.
Enhance operational efficiency and demonstrate strong analytical skills.
- Take on additional duties and projects as assigned by management on an ad-hoc basis.
A Bachelors Degree or a Professional Certificate in Accountancy (or equivalent) with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.- Solid understanding of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Audit experience is advantageous but not required.
