Job Description
-Handle full set of Accounts (AP,AR & GL)
-Responsible for timely preparation of financial reports in accordance with financial standards and government regulations
-Monitor and manage cash flow, petty cash and rental collection from tenants
-Liaise and resolve matters pertaining to external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers or other third parties
-Well verse with SST compliance, submission and payment
-Manage full cycle of monthly payroll functions that includes preparation and
processing monthly in an efficient accurate and timely manner
-Responsible for processing & checking attendance including leave, overtime, allowances and absenteeism
-Generate and prepare timely submission of statutory contributions of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and HRDC
-Preparation of company annual form E, EA and tax returns
-Assist in ad-hoc assignments when necessary
Job Requirements
-Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
-Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures & computer literate
-Required skill(s): UBS Accounting Software, MS Office, MS Word
-Required language(s); English, Bahasa Malaysia
-Able to start work immediately will be added an advantage
-Basic knowledge in Employment Act 1955 will be an added advantage
