Accounts Executive (Accounting/ Retiree Welcome)

• This is a full time permanent position

Basic Salary RM4,500 - RM6,500

Working Hours: Monday-Friday:

• 30am-6pm
• Working Location: Kempas Utama, JB

Our client, a reputable Premium Consumer Products Import company established in 2002 that is a premier importer, distributor and exporter of Taiwan, Japanese and other Asian food. They vowed to become another prominent brand in the FMCG industry and they have been growing rapidly over the years due to the market demand. Currently, they are seeking a passionate Accounts Executive to join their big family. As part of the company, you will work with their management to contribute to the financial health of the organization and support their financial operations.

_Responsibilities:_

• To handle daily accounting functions, data entry, filing, maintain and updating of accounts records

Enter all transaction details correctly and accurately into the system

• To review & verify invoices/bills received to ensure completeness of supporting documents for office monthly expenses, staff claims, import, export & trading operations

Provide administration support to the finance department

• Any other ad hoc duties as and when required by immediate superior

_Additional Information/ Requirement:_

• At least 1 year of related working experience is required

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent

• Good reporting skills with highest standards of accuracy and deliver on time

Attention to detail and responsible attitude to work

• Ability to work independently and as a team member
