Position Title: Accounts Executive
- Working Location: Ayer Rajah (near MRT)
Working Hours: 5 days, Mon-Thu (
- 30 AM - 6 PM), Fri (8.30 AM - 5.30 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Oversee the whole process of Accounts Payable.- Verify vendor's invoices, DO, and PO.
Handle payments to vendors via cheques, Giro, or TT payments (multi-currencies).
- Maintain Accounts Payable ledgers using accounting software.
Manage employees reimbursement requests.- Handle day-to-day and month-end accounting and reporting functions.
Prepare bank reconciliation, quarterly GST reporting, monthly cash flow forecasts, etc.
- Provide assistance in year-end audits.
Handle accounts for overseas-related companies.- Check claims and payments made by overseas-related companies.
Ensure the accuracy of month-end reports submitted by overseas-related companies.
- Provide assistance in checking year-end reports submitted by overseas-related companies.
Assist in ad-hoc administrative duties.- Perform any other duties as assigned.
At least a Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent.- Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Proficient in MS Word, and Excel spreadsheet.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV system is highly preferred.
