Job Description:- Assist in day-to-day accounting activities including purchase invoice , process payments of supplies, petty cash disbursement and payment receipts.
Assist in preparing monthly sales report.- Assist to ensuring credit note and statements of accounts are prepare correctly.
Assist to monitoring & processing payment for customer (debtors).
- Ensuring all the accounting records are properly updated and reconcile in the accounting system.
Assist in office administrative activities.- Assist sales person to prepare quotation to customers.
Ad-hoc clerical job task assigned from time to time.
At lease LCCI diploma or above
- At lease 1-3 years experience of handle full set of account
Familiar with Microsoft Excel and SQL accounting software is advantage.- Able to work independently and good attitude.
