Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
  • Ensure proper filing and housekeeping of company documents.
  • General administration which includes corresponding with external parties (suppliers, customers, etc).
  • Perform administration functions including paying utilities bills, tax installment, expenses claim and insurance, etc.
  • Provide administrative support such as flight and accommodation booking.
  • Monitor, manage and administrate contracts renewals, termination, expiry and arrears.
  • General maintenance and upkeep of office equipment
  • Any other adhoc administrative jobs assigned from time to time.
  • Able to travel (have a valid driver's license).

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least SPM or equivalent.
  • Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • 1 to 2 years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Have a valid driver's license.
