Requirements:
- Candidate must possess Diploma in Accounting , STPM or SPM certificate.
School leavers or candidate with 1- year working experience.- Perform data entries into SAP system, clerical work and provide administrative support to the Accounting Team.
Prepares and processes purchase orders, suppliers invoices, sales invoices, cheque requests, manual cheques and other payments.
- Matching purchase orders, delivery orders and invoices.
Participate in monthly and bi-monthly stock take.- Perform other general accounting duties assigned by the HOD.
Good Microsoft office skills, especially Excel spreadsheet.
