Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Update DO monitoring report by collection of sales invoice
  • Upload invoices to customer portal
  • Prepare weekly, monthly petty cash & payment vouchers
  • Stamp paid on the payment voucher for those paid voucher
  • Checking all supporting documents & posting invoice
  • Scan & filling payment voucher, sales invoice by sequence numbering
  • Other duties as assigned anytime by the superior
  • Upload e-invoice to IRB portal

Job Requirements

  • At least diploma level in accounting
  • Being able to operate the MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Knowledge of basic accounting
  • Added advantage have communication skill in multiple level up to higher level
