Job Responsibility
- Update DO monitoring report by collection of sales invoice
- Upload invoices to customer portal
- Prepare weekly, monthly petty cash & payment vouchers
- Stamp paid on the payment voucher for those paid voucher
- Checking all supporting documents & posting invoice
- Scan & filling payment voucher, sales invoice by sequence numbering
- Other duties as assigned anytime by the superior
- Upload e-invoice to IRB portal
Job Requirements
- At least diploma level in accounting
- Being able to operate the MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Knowledge of basic accounting
- Added advantage have communication skill in multiple level up to higher level
