ResponsibilitiesAccounts
- Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
Process bank deposits- Prepare proforma Invoice & Tax Invoice
Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
- Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
Admin- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
Update and maintain office policies and procedures- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Submit and reconcile expense reports
