Job Descriptions_
- Day to day accounting operation activities and functions such as data entry accounting system.
In charge of issuance of sales invoices and updating receipts into the accounting systems on daily basis- To handle Account payable / Account receivable, statement and other accounting functions
In charge of capturing customers/ supplier invoices and staff claims into the accounting systems
- Handle and manage monthly payroll processing, income tax filing etc
Filing of accounting related documents/suppliers bills and staff claim receipts- Manage petty cash transaction
Liaise with banks, auditors and other relevant parties
- Handle any ad hoc assignment as and when required.

Job Requirements_
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
At least 1 year of relevant working experience- Able to do full set of accounts
Candidates who are well versed with AutoCount Accounting system are added advantage
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Meticulous, committed, & detailed oriented personal with excellent organizational and time management skills and able to work under tight deadlines during monthly peak period. Office Location: HQ-Senawang
