Job description
Responsibilities:
Manage all accounting transactions
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely bank payments
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Report on the companys financial health and liquidity
Audit financial transactions and documents
Comply with financial policies and regulations
Communicate with customers
Handle customers bookkeeping of their accounts including but not limited to, entering income and expenses into their accounting software
Requirements and skills:
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks is an advantage
Proficiency in Accounting Software, MS Office applications such as Words, Excel and MS Outlook;
Experience with general ledger functions
Good communication skills - Fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin languages preferred
Quick to adapt and flexible, open to learning new skills, a team-player who can also be independent when required
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

Pay: RM3,
- 00 - RM5,000.00 per month
