Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Manage daily A/C Receivable & A/C Payable, including invoices, payment processing & inter co. billings.
  • Bank in daily collection received from customers.
  • Download bank statement to check payment received from customers to ensure all the receipts issue accordingly.
  • Update daily payments & receipts in Cash Book System.
  • Reconcile bank statement.
  • Perform daily filing & ensure documents are properly filed.
  • Journal entries.
  • Verify & process monthly petty cash & staff claims.
  • Assist month end A/C closing activities.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent.
  • Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
  • Preferable with 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Fresh graduate without working experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
