Requirements:
1 year's relevant working experience.- Fresh diploma graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good communication skills.
- Good in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu.
Ability to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all data entries to SAP system.
Prepare and process purchase orders, suppliers invoices, sales invoices, cheque requests, and other payments.
- Ensure purchase orders and invoices are matched.
Responsible for the accuracy and timely preparation of cheques.- Provide reports as required by Finance management team.
Check delivery tickets, match to sales contracts and prepare sales invoices.
- Perform other general accounting duties as assigned.
