Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative and Clerical duties
- Handle phone calls, filing and general admin support
- Manage day to day office operations timely and efficiently
- Involve in Projects sales invoice & purchase invoices and coordinate company activities as and when required
- Monitoring of staff annual leave, sick leave, hospitalization leave etc. and staffs claim
- Any ad-hoc duties requirements assigned by office manager

Requirements
- Minimum SPM Level
- Preferably with at-least 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good communication & interpersonal skills, meticulous and organized
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks on deadlines
