Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative and Clerical duties
  • Handle phone calls, filing and general admin support
  • Manage day to day office operations timely and efficiently
  • Involve in Projects sales invoice & purchase invoices and coordinate company activities as and when required
  • Monitoring of staff annual leave, sick leave, hospitalization leave etc. and staffs claim
  • Any ad-hoc duties requirements assigned by office manager

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM Level
  • Preferably with at-least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills, meticulous and organized
  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks on deadlines
