Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • To perform data entry related to sales and account receivable.
  • To perform data entry related to purchases and account payable.
  • Maintain proper record of transactions, documents, and filling.
  • To assist in preparation of monthly accounting reports.
  • To assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned, as and when required.

Job Requirements

  • Entry level, fresh graduates are welcome!
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel & Word.
  • Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
  • At least One (1) year working experience in similar role will be an added advantage.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work in a team and a good sense of responsibility.
