Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • To Handle Full set Accounts including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
  • Handle monthly Payroll, EPF, Socso, EIS, HRD.
  • Perform daily checking of the system's bank balance and bank statement.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Preparation of monthly management reports, statutory reports, and ad hoc reports.
  • Ensure all accounting records are filed neatly, systematically, and properly labeled for easy retrieval.
  • Keeping a check on the companys finances based on financial status.
  • Ensure proper filing of all the document into respective files.
  • Prepare and analyses financial statements and audit related issues.
  • Communicate with external auditor & tax agent.
  • Assists in any ad hoc task assignments as and when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Finance or Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in related field.
  • Proficiency with computers and accounting software.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
