Job Description

Job Responsibility

Provide daily operational support for the Sales & Aftersales Department.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and bankers on regulatory matters as needed.
Ensure adherence to statutory and tax requirements in all financial operations.
Execute daily accounting duties, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Complete full accounting entries and maintain supporting worksheets/documents for monthly accounts closing.
Reconcile bank statements and Balance Sheet accounts regularly.
Assist in the yearly financial audit process and collaborate with auditors to provide necessary documentation.
Implement and maintain proper filing systems for records and documents.
Ensure accessibility and accuracy of records for internal and external audit purposes.
Prepare monthly journals and reconcile monthly bank statements and present clear financial reports to management.
Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as required by changing business needs.

Job Requirements

Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Proven experience in accounting and operations roles, preferably within the automotive industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
