Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Manage expense reports and reimbursements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Enter financial transactions into our internal databases accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and collection efforts.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts.
  • Able to handle full set of accounts
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Accountancy or Finance or Professional Qualification
  • 2 years and above of working experience in related field
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and accounting software
  • Good accounting knowledge
  • Demonstrate good analytical skill, detailed and meticulous oriented
  • Good time management and strong sense of responsibility
