ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Prepare accounts and financial reports which includes but not limited to following:
Verify documents and transactions before entry to accounting system.- Prepare bank reconciliation report.
Maintain proper record and organisation of filling system.
- Day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks.
Check staff expenses claim and input to staff claim template.- Follow up Account Receivable.
Prepare cheque for monthly AP payment .
- Any other ad hoc assignment.
- SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :
Possess good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures is preferable.
- Familiar with accounting standards, tax laws, and filling procedure are preferable.
Good integrity.- Attentive to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
