Responsibilities:- To prepare, assist with, liaise and handle accounting matters related to company as and when delegated by the accounting manager and directors
- to prepare weekly cashflow summaries
- to prepare aged debtors listing on a monthly basis
- to prepare the bi-monthly service tax returns for submission to the royal Malaysian customs
- to prepare all invoices and statements of account for clients as listed in the assignment platforms
- to assist with the credit control function of the firm
- assume responsibility for petty cash
- 2. To handle clients accounting requirements
- prepare either monthly, quarterly and/or annual profit & loss, balance sheet, bank reconciliations, and explanatory notes thereof such that it is ready for audit and tax assessment when assigned by either the accounting manager or directors
- to attend to and liaise with the clients concerning their accounting requirements.
- 3. To attend to any other matters as required by the directors
Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experiences in Accounting roles- Possessing a diploma or bachelor's degree in relevant areas such as Accounting, Finance, etc.
Willing to work onsite with normal working hours 9am - 5pm
- Proficient in using MS Office, Google Workspace, and accounting software.
Capable of writing and preparing reports and other documents.
