Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, processing invoices, and handling accounts payable/receivable
  • Maintain accurate financial records and update the accounting system
  • Assist in preparing full set account, financial reports, budgets, and tax-related
  • documents
  • Support the preparation of monthly and year-end financial statements
  • Check staff claims
  • Prepare documents and liaison with auditors, tax agent, company secretary and holding

  • Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies
  • Handle administrative tasks and run errands as needed to assist the finance and operations team

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting or a related certification in accounting
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
  • Must have a valid driving license and own transportation.
