Job Responsibility
- Coordinate and execute financial transactions and activities, such as bill payment, invoicing, etc.
- Assist in the audit process by providing information and data as requested
- Analyse financial information for trends and errors
- Prepare regular financial reports and assist in the presentation of reports to managers
- To assist with team during month end closing
- To prepare balance sheet, track and reconcile bank statements
- Create organised records and files to assist in tax preparation
- Create efficient and effective methods for tracking financial data
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Education And/or Work Experience Requirements
Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with at least 2 years of finance related working experience. Superior mathematical skills and excel skills (V-look up and pivot table) Familiar with audit and tax practices. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
