Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • To maintain and update AP, AR, accounting journal and ensuring accurate record keeping
  • To perform monthly bank reconciliation, generate & update FA report
  • To submit management report as per dateline.
  • To update monthly ageing report , credit control
  • To assists prepare quotation, PO, sales Invoice and relevant report when required.
  • To assists superior other ad-hod assignment as when required.
  • Handle day to day operations of admin accounting record & maintain digital & physical filling.

Job Requirements

  • Min. education requirement: SPM, Diploma LCCI ,degree holder or its equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years experience in related field.
  • Aggressive , honesty , integrity and committed to work.
  • Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
  • Good communication and written skills.
  • Able to work independently and start immediately or within short notice.
